• Orders must be placed before your water jar is completely empty to ensure uninterrupted supply
• Orders placed at least 2 hours before desired delivery time will be prioritized
• Delivery times are subject to order pressure, route optimization, and vehicle availability
• In case of vehicle problems or route issues, we will notify customers promptly

2. Refund Policy

• If a water jar is broken or damaged upon delivery, a full refund will be provided
• To process a refund, customers must provide clear photographs and videos as evidence
• Refunds will be processed manually by our executives within 3-5 business days
• In case of payment failures, refunds will be automatically initiated within 7 business days

3. Data Privacy

• We collect and use personal data solely for delivery purposes
• Your data is securely stored and protected using industry-standard encryption
• We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent
• For payment processing, we comply with standard payment gateway rules and regulations

4. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through secure payment gateways
• Payment failures will be automatically refunded within 7 business days
• Cash on delivery may be available in select areas

5. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate delivery information and contact details
• Users are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries
• Any changes to delivery information must be communicated at least 1 hour before scheduled delivery

6. Service Limitations

• Our services are currently available only in select pin codes in Kolkata
• We reserve the right to modify delivery areas based on operational feasibility
• Force majeure events may affect delivery schedules

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata courts.
